1. Arguably is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. All code, graphics, and original content within the app are the exclusive property of PocketEngineStudio LLC. By using the app, you agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute any portion of the software or its assets without express written consent."

2. All In-App Purchases are processed and managed by Apple’s and Google’s native ecosystems. If you need a refund or have a billing issue, please contact the respective App Store directly, as we do not have access to your payment transactions.

3. We provide the app "as is". We may update these terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes. All topics and discussion prompts are provided for entertainment and social engagement only. They do not constitute advice, endorsement, or opinion of the company. Users are encouraged to engage respectfully. We are not liable if the app crashes during usage, or if a specific ad causes an interruption.
